Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@miloandmax.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a returns form and instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
